Yito Pay Terms of Service.
These terms govern use of pay.yito.ai, its checkout and billing interfaces, support channels, and approved application integrations.
Yito Pay Terms of Service: acceptance and service role
By using Yito Pay, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Yito Pay is a software control layer built on approved payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal when enabled for an app. Yito Pay itself is not a bank, card network, or merchant of record. The seller identified by the product or checkout context remains responsible for the product and commercial relationship. The checkout or receipt identifies the applicable seller and provider.
Customer checkout
You must provide accurate information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. A browser completion screen does not independently prove payment. An order is confirmed only after the system records an authoritative server-side provider status. Some methods may require external authentication or additional time.
Product access, subscription features, delivery timing, and refund eligibility are governed by the disclosed product terms, applicable provider terms, and applicable law. Yito Pay may route support questions and payment records to the responsible seller or provider.
Approved application use
Applications may connect only after Yito Pay approves the product, exact domain, return origin, catalog SKUs, callback endpoint, enabled providers, and merchant or Store routing. Server credentials must remain confidential and may not be embedded in browsers, mobile bundles, public repositories, analytics, or client-accessible configuration.
An application must authenticate its users, send accurate external identifiers, use a unique external order ID, display truthful product and price information, verify signed callbacks, deduplicate event IDs, and grant access only from authoritative server outcomes. It may not let a browser choose trusted amounts, provider Price, Plan, or Product IDs, merchant or Store routes, arbitrary return URLs, or another person’s user ID.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use Yito Pay for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, sanctioned, abusive, or provider-prohibited activity. You may not conceal the actual product or seller, bypass account or Store review, evade payment controls, probe other customers, interfere with service operation, submit malicious traffic, reverse engineer credentials, replay signed messages, or collect payment details outside the approved provider interface.
Billing, refunds, disputes, and subscriptions
Prices and billing intervals are shown by the product and selected provider before confirmation. Tax, invoicing, refund, and dispute responsibility follows the seller and provider role disclosed for the transaction. Refunds are evaluated under the applicable published policy, mandatory consumer law, and the circumstances of the order. Provider and bank processing times can delay the appearance of a refund.
If you do not recognize a charge, contact the seller or Yito Pay and your payment provider promptly. Abuse of chargebacks or false claims may result in suspension where permitted by law.
Subscriptions
A subscription renews at the interval and price disclosed at purchase until canceled or otherwise ended under the applicable terms. When available, the product’s billing-management route opens Stripe Customer Portal or PayPal Automatic Payments according to the stored subscription provider. Access may change after a failed payment, cancellation, refund, or dispute.
Availability, ownership, liability, and changes
We work to keep Yito Pay secure and available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, provider outages, network failures, legal requirements, fraud controls, or security incidents may delay checkout or confirmation. We may change or discontinue features and may suspend an integration that creates security, compliance, operational, or customer risk.
Intellectual property
Yito Pay and its original site content, interface, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Stripe and PayPal names and marks belong to their respective owners. Product names and content belong to their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Yito Pay is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated here. We do not warrant that every payment method, integration, or third-party service will remain available. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, Yito Pay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service. The responsible seller remains accountable for its product and commercial commitments.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
